Venison Burger

Ingredients (Serves 1):

Emma-Jane’s Potato Waffle: 2

Veggie Steak or Meat Pattie: 1

Cheddar Cheese: 1 Slice

Pickles: 4 Slices

Red onion: 2 Slices Sautéed until browned

Burger Sauce: 1 Tablespoon

A Handful of Rocket

Recipe:

Reheat your waffle in an oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.

Arrange your waffle with Burger Sauce and Cheddar Cheese on a baking sheet.

Cook and Season the steak, then place it on your Potato waffle. Repeat the previous step.

Finish with Pickles, Caramelised onions and rocket leaves.

Cover with the 2nd waffle and reheat in the oven for 2 minutes before serving.

An accompaniment to a piece of steak!

Ingredients (Serves 1):

Emma-Jane’s Potato Waffle

Scotch Fillet

Caramelised Spring Onions

Mushrooms

 

Recipe:

Reheat your waffle in an oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.

Prepare and arrange the Caramelised onions and mushrooms on one side of the plate.

Cook and season the beef, then place it alongside the onions and mushrooms.

Coat with the Juices of the meat and place the waffle on the side of the meat.

Decorate with finely chopped herbs before serving.

Avocado Toast!

Ingredients (Serves 1):

Emma-Jane’s Potato Waffle

Avocado (Sliced)

Avocado (Mashed) 

Peas

Feta

Poached Egg

Recipe:

Reheat your waffle in an oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.

Make mashed avocado mixture by mashing avocado, feta, and peas together.

Arrange your waffle and top with Mashed Avo mixed.

Thinly Slice half a ripe avocado, arrange the slices on the guacamole and sprinkle with chopped chives.

Finish with the Poached egg.

A small brunch? Salmon and Fromage Fraise

Ingredients (Serves 1):

Emma-Jane’s Potato Waffle: 1

Quenelle or Fromage Frais

Smoked Salmon: 1 Piece

Radish Slices: 5 Thin Slices

Asparagus Slice: Half an Asparagus

Carrot Slice: 1 Slice

Olive Oil: Small pour

Recipe:

Reheat your waffle in an oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.

Place your waffle in the centre of the plate and carefully place a quenelle of fromage frais in the centre of the waffle.

Add a thin slice of Smoked Salmon, Aspargus, small slices of radish and a carrot slice on top.

Finish by deorating the plate with edible flowers, radish slices and olive oil.

The Potato Waffle can also be cut into quarters and served with many different toppings by marrying them together with a Toothpick.

Some of our favourite picks are sundried tomato salsa with prawns. Smoked Salmon, Cucumber and Spring onion. Prosciutto, cream cheese and a slice of Kalamata olive.
