Who is an account for?
Our Accounts are specifically for end users, one offs, or small businesses, we prefer going through distributors such as Bidfood, gilmours, Service Foods, Trents etc for large scale orders.
How can I create an account?
Please go to the footer of our website and click the "Request an Account" button, from here our team will be in touch.
Distributors
Can I still get your products through Distributors?
Yes! We love our distributors! All good distributors around New Zealand will stock some or all of the Emma-Jane's Foodservice range. We service Bidfood, Gilmours, Service Foods, Trents, and other distributors throughout New Zealand.

How do I place orders for your products through distributors?
We will always direct you to our distributors first. They provide awesome service with competitive pricings.
To place an order with distributors go onto their website and place an order or ring up your nearest store and mention Emma-Jane's Foodservice.
What do I do if I cant find your products through a distributor?
Can't find our products at your local distributors? Emma-Jane's Foodservice has a huge range so at times distributors are unable to permanently stock all of our products.
Give us an email at or send us a question via our contact form and mention your preferred distributors and representatives name and we can discuss this for you. Let's take the work out for you!
Samples
Are we able to get samples before we buy a full product?
Samples are available to businesses upon request, please send us a message via our contact form.
Where will our samples be delivered
We prefer to have samples delivered to your distributor, please let us know your preferred distributor and representatives name and we will get this out to you.
How many samples can I request?
You can request upto 10 mixed samples. If you are needing more please let us know.
Shipping
How do I receive your product when going direct?
We have two different services within our product range…
Within our frozen range we can get this to your nearest refrigerated depot (or their subby depot) to have this picked up by you.
Otherwise our depot in Palmerston North and Takanini is also available to be picked up from.
Within our ambient range, (Ready to fill products) we are able to ship these directly to your chosen place.
What is your minimum order quantity for buying products?
Our minimum order quantity for the North Island is 6 cartons. Our minimum order quantity for the South Island is 20 Cartons.
If you can't make these minimum order quantities, the order will incur a shipping cost.
